Children's Museum of La Crosse Fire Engine Exhibit

Dress like a firefighter and put out the “fire” with the hose from the fire station building.

Drive the real fire engine, turn on the red lights, and practice “stop, drop & roll.”

Children's Museum of La Crosse Fire Engine Exhibit

Slide or climb out to safety from the burning house (there's even a tunnel) and talk about your family plan and meeting place…just in case.

Did You Know?

Our fire truck is a 1963 La France engine, made in Wisconsin, and donated by the La Crosse Fire Department. The buildings were made possible by donations in memory of Ray Hutson.
