pass donation request

If you are planning a fundraising event for your school or other non-profit organization, you may request a donation of 4 single-day admission passes.

To request, email info@funmuseum.org with the following information (all required):

  • Your first and last name, or the name of the person to send passes via postal service
  • Mailing address where you would like this donation sent
  • Contact person's phone (xxx-xxx-xxxx) and email address; in case of follow up questions
  • Name of group/organization
  • Date of event
  • Attach a flyer or letter explaining the event and request
  • We will mail the passes, so make sure your complete address is provided.

By submitting this request you agree that the donated passes will only be used for the event described.
